Accessibility statement.
Effective July 11, 2026
Our commitment
ClearValue Money is the corporate home of the ClearValue family of publishers. We are committed to making our corporate site accessible to people with disabilities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Everyone deserves equal access to the plain information we publish about the company, its brands, and how the family earns.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, speech, cognitive, and neurological impairments.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We continue to test, improve, and remediate areas of the site that do not yet meet our conformance target.
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML structure with appropriate landmarks (header, main, footer, nav).
- Skip-to-content links for keyboard users.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Sufficient color contrast for text and meaningful UI components, in light and dark themes.
- Descriptive link text and form labels.
- Alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images marked accordingly.
- Support for keyboard-only navigation throughout the site.
- Respect for the reader’s
prefers-reduced-motionpreference.
Limitations and ongoing work
Despite our efforts, some content on the site may not yet be fully accessible. Areas where we are continuing to improve include:
- Third-party content we embed, including some interactive widgets and media;
- Older PDF documents that may not have a full, tagged text layer;
- Custom UI components that are still being audited and remediated.
The ClearValue brand sites publish their own accessibility statements for the content and tools each operates.
Assistive technologies
Our site is designed to work with current versions of widely used assistive technologies, including screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack), screen magnifiers, and voice-control software, when used with current versions of major web browsers.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, please tell us. Email hello@clearvaluemoney.com with the subject line “Accessibility.”
Please describe the issue in as much detail as you can — for example, the page URL, the assistive technology you are using, and what you expected to happen. We will respond as soon as practicable, generally within five (5) business days, and we will work with you to provide the information you are seeking through an alternative method while we remediate the issue.
Formal approval
This Accessibility Statement was prepared and approved by ClearValue Money. It is reviewed periodically and updated as our site evolves.
