Effective July 11, 2026

ClearValue Money runs analytics to measure how our corporate content performs. We do not run behavioral advertising on this site. This policy explains what we set, why, and how to manage it.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work or work more efficiently, to remember preferences, and to provide information to site operators. Similar technologies include pixels, web beacons, and local storage.

2. Categories of cookies we use

a. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential to the operation of our site. They allow you to navigate the site and use core features, such as security and load balancing. They do not require your consent and cannot be disabled through a preferences tool, though you can block them through your browser settings (which may prevent the site from working correctly).

b. Functional cookies

These cookies remember your preferences — for example, your theme or display settings — so the site can present content the way you left it. They are not strictly required, but they improve the experience.

c. Performance and analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our corporate site — which pages are read, where errors occur, and how long readers spend on each page. We use this information to improve the site. Analytics cookies may be set by third-party providers, such as web analytics platforms.

d. No advertising cookies

We do not run behavioral advertising and do not place advertising or cross-context targeting cookies on this site. We do not build advertising profiles about you. The ClearValue brand sites operate under their own cookie policies for the tools and partnerships each runs; when you visit a brand site, that site’s policy governs.

3. Your choices and controls

a. Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to view, manage, delete, and block cookies through browser settings. Refer to your browser’s help documentation for instructions. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the site from working correctly.

b. Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid opt-out signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws for the browser or device that sends it.

4. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To the extent any arrangement could be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws, you have the right to opt out. You can exercise it either by sending a Global Privacy Control signal (see Section 3b) or by emailing hello@clearvaluemoney.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and the email address you use with our site. We will verify your request before responding.

5. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are placed by third parties operating on our site, including analytics and error-monitoring providers. These third parties may collect information about your activity, and their use of cookies is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

6. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
